The terms for every app in the portfolio.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Jacob Teague, covering use of No Contact Companion, Tiny Legacy, SnapSafe, Offer Boss, Holy Affirmations, Peptide Vault, Mog Lab, TRT Vault, GLP-1 Companion, and any future application in this portfolio (each, an "App"). By installing or using any App, you agree to these Terms.

Each App is also subject to Apple's standard End User License Agreement. If there is a conflict, Apple's terms govern the App's distribution and platform use; these Terms govern the app-specific policies.

Acceptable use

• You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App.
• You may not use the App in a way that violates local law or Apple's developer policies.

Health disclaimer

Health-related Apps in this portfolio (including TRT Vault, Peptide Vault, and GLP-1 Companion) are passive tracking tools. They are not medical devices and do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Use them only to log regimens, activities, or data that you have independently chosen to track or that have been directed by a licensed healthcare provider. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting, changing, or stopping any protocol or health-related activity.

Reference database entries (compound names, dosages, mechanisms, or other informational content) are drawn from publicly available sources and are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute a recommendation to use, purchase, or avoid any substance.

App-specific disclaimers

• No Contact Companion is a private behavior-support and journaling utility — not therapy, mental-health treatment, diagnosis, crisis support, relationship counseling, or emergency support. Do not use it to harass, monitor, surveil, manipulate, or contact another person.
• Offer Boss is an educational job offer and raise negotiation preparation tool — not legal, financial, tax, employment, recruiting, or career advice. It does not guarantee salary increases, job offers, promotions, raises, or employment outcomes.
• Holy Affirmations is a Scripture-based encouragement and journaling app — not therapy, mental-health treatment, diagnosis, crisis support, or pastoral counseling.
• SnapSafe is an informational food-label tool — not medical or dietary advice. Always verify ingredient information on the physical product packaging.

Subscriptions and purchases

Certain features are available through a paid subscription ("Pro"), billed monthly or annually via your Apple ID. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Some Apps, including Offer Boss, use a one-time non-consumable in-app purchase instead, billed via your Apple ID and restorable through Apple's purchase restoration flow.

A free trial, if offered, converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends. No refunds are issued for partial periods.

Intellectual property

Each App, its design, its database content, and its trademarks are owned by Jacob Teague and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes.

Warranty disclaimer

The Apps are provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that any App will meet your requirements, operate without error, or be continuously available.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jacob Teague is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of any App, including any health-related decisions you make based on data logged or displayed in an App. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the App.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be surfaced in the App.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.
