These apps are built by Jacob Teague, a solo developer. Email jacobteague50@gmail.com and it reaches him directly — no ticket queue, no bot. He replies as quickly as he reasonably can, which is the only promise worth making.
Include your iPhone model and iOS version, the app name and version, what you expected, and what actually happened. For anything about a purchase, add the Apple Account email you bought with.
Things you can fix yourself, right now
- Cancel or change a subscription: iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → pick the app. Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so they are cancelled through Apple, not inside the app.
- Restore a purchase:sign in with the Apple Account you originally bought with, then use Restore on the app's paywall or in its Settings.
- Request a refund: Apple handles refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Delete your data:every app in this portfolio is local-first. Clear your data from the app's Settings, or delete the app — the data goes with it.
